Asad Quadhari

Key Worker

While completing his BA in Psychology from the University of Alberta, Asad volunteered as a Youth Mentor. Through this experience, he discovered his passion for working with youth. Asad later began working with Crossroads as a respite worker. After completing his studies, Asad spent time working at a treatment center for high-risk youth before joining Crossroads’ Kinnect House program. Asad believes that discipline, perseverance, and passion are key virtues to foster in ourselves and to encourage the clients we work with in order to live a successful and fulfilling life.

Asad loves challenging himself both mentally and physically. He runs Spartan races, has taught himself Spanish, is a certified (PADI) open water scuba diver, and more.

Asad is results-oriented, always going for optimal outcomes.
