Our Staff

Janet currently works as the CEO for all of the Family Solutions Group affiliated agencies, including Kells Counselling, Endstate Management, and Crossroads Family Services. Her current portfolio is Crossroads Kinnections Program Development, and Kells Counselling with specialized role as an Expert Witness for the courts.

Elaine has worked with the agency group since its beginning, first as a policy development consultant, and then as a manager and director. Together, Elaine and Janet partner to guide the whole of the Family Solutions Group agencies.

Emily has a dynamic role at FSG, as she oversees the administration, assessment coordination, and various other agency functions. Emily works with the psychologists at Kells to provide assessments and therapeutic group facilitation.

Craig began working with Crossroads as a youth worker nearly 10 years ago. Craig has extensive experience working with children and youth, in foster care and group care.  He has a steady, warm, and playful presence that welcomes people of all ages.

Danielle brings over a decade of experience in the mental health field to her role as Program Manager for FSG. She has dedicated her career to helping others, from teaching to developing and leading dynamic programs.

Carrie began working at Family Solutions Group in March of 2014. As the Finance Manager, Carrie has overall responsibility for the financial reporting for all Family Solutions Group Agencies.

Amrit began working at Family Solutions Group in September of 2018. His excellent organizational skills assist him as a Junior Accountant completing expenses for all FSG foster parents and managing bills and invoices.

Joanne has 30 years of experience in administration and 10 years in accounting.

Jesse believes that everyone can benefit from therapy. He believes that regardless of whatever is happening (or has happened) in an individual’s life, healing can take place.

Mackenzie brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and creative talent to her multifaceted role at FSG. As a key member of the FSG team, Mackenzie serves as Program Coordinator for all RESET programs, contributes to the Resource Development team, and acts as the agency’s Executive Assistant.

Rebekah is the Marketing Team Lead for Family Solutions Group, and she comes with over 10 years of promotions and marketing experience.

Grey joined Family Solutions Group in July 2024 as a Marketing Intern, bringing creativity and a passion for impactful design to the team.

Amanda Keay (Cree/Metis Iskwew) is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in Indigenous engagement, child advocacy, and community development.

Matthew is the Facilities Maintenance Technician at Family Solutions Group. He brings over ten years of experience caring for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces, with a background in installations, building repairs, basic plumbing and electrical work, and safety-focused maintenance.
